- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on the website.

6. Shipping Plants
Special care is taken to ensure that live plants arrive in good condition:
- Plants are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- We do not ship plants over weekends to avoid unnecessary delays in transit.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Delivery Issues
- If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave a note or contact you for redelivery.
- GaSuCo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
