GaSuCo Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Garden Supply Company (GaSuCo). We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our return and refund policy:

1. Plants – No Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on any plant purchases. However, if you receive plants in poor or unhealthy condition, we offer the following:

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants: If the plant arrives damaged or in unhealthy condition due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the plant.
Wrong Item: If we accidentally ship you the wrong plant, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Unfit for Planting: If you believe the plant is not viable or unsuitable for planting, you may report this within 24 hours with proper images.

2. Non-Plant Items – Standard Return Policy

For non-plant items such as gardening tools, accessories, and outdoor supplies, we follow standard industry return policies:

Return Period: You may return eligible non-plant items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
Exclusions: Items such as clearance products, custom orders, or gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at returns@gasuco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including return shipping details if applicable.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or damaged item).
